JPMORGAN US SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

On 15 April 2016, JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 80,000 Ordinary shares at 174.575 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 1,765,000 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 55,205,928. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
