Director's Other Appointments

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), JTC notes that Michael Gray, an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the AIM listed company EPE Special Opportunities Limited with effect from 3 September 2021. 

Mr Gray's other directorships include his appointments as a Non-Executive Director of GCP Infrastructure Investments, Foresight Enterprise VCT plc and TEAM plc.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6).
