                         Further re. Directorate change


On 15th January, 2003 the Company announced the appointment of Mr Peter Grut as
finance director. As required by the AIM Rules, the announcement contained
details of Mr Grut's current directorships and partnerships and those held
during the last five years.


In preparing the announcement, the Company was incorrectly advised that Mr Grut
is currently a partner in B.A.S.E SAM (Monaco) and was a partner during the last
five years in JASON SAM (Monaco).


These two organisations are corporations. Accordingly, Mr Grut is currently a
director of B.A.S.E SAM (Monaco) and was a director during the last five years
of JASON SAM (Monaco).


Mr Grut has confirmed that there are no other matters requiring disclosure under
Schedule 2 (f) of the AIM rules.
