Jetcam  International  Holdings  Limited  announces  that
Peter  Radzim  today  resigned  from  the  board  of  the
Company.   Mr  Radzim,  having  completed  his  task   of
implementing    new   administrative   and    operational
procedures,  tendered his resignation to  enable  him  to
devote  more  time to his other business interests.   The
Company  proposes to work with him in  the  future  on  a
consultancy basis relating to specific projects.
