JUBILEE PLATINUM PLC
('Jubilee' or 'the Company')
ISSUE OF SHARES
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,662,500 new
Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each to be admitted to trading on AIM and on the JSE.
Dealing is expected to commence in these shares on 10 May, 2007.
These Ordinary Shares have been allotted to South African financial institutions
at a strike price of ZAR16 (£1.14), the proceeds of which will be used to
accelerate the exploration and drilling programme of the Company's flagship
Tjate project located in South Africa's Bushveld complex.
These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares
of the Company.
Following admission to trading of the above shares, the total shares in issue
will be 82,724,551.
