                             Completion of Placing

Jubilee Platinum plc (the 'Company' or 'Jubilee') announces that following the
announcement of the proposed placing on 7 November 2007 an additional 200,000
new ordinary shares have been issued and placed with institutional investors.
The total number of new ordinary shares issued and successfully placed is
therefore 13,200,000. The total number of Jubilee shares outstanding following
the placing is 101,217,408.
