                             Directorate Changes


The Board of Jubilee announces the resignation of non-executive director Mr.
David John Parker (Age 71) due to health reasons.


The Board is pleased to announce the appointment with immediate effect of Mr.
Andrew Francis Sarosi as executive director. Mr Sarosi previously held the role
of technical manager for the Company.


Mr. Sarosi (Age 65), a founder member of the Company's management team, holds a
B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Metallurgy from the University of the Witwatersrand. He has
more than 35 years experience in the mining industry in both operations and
project management.


Colin Bird, CEO of Jubilee, commented 'We are delighted to announce the
appointment of Andrew Sarosi to the Board, a decision which reflects Andrew's
founder role with Jubilee Platinum and his dedication in helping to drive the
Company forward.  As we advance the development of our exciting PGM and nickel/
copper projects in Madagascar and South Africa, we welcome the appointment of a
director with Andrew's technical and operational experience.  I would also like
to thank David Parker very much for the contribution he has made to Jubilee
Platinum since its flotation on AIM in 2002.'


In accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules, the following
information in relation to Mr. Sarosi, as a new appointee to the Board of
Jubilee, is disclosed below:
