The Board of Jubilee Platinum plc (the 'Company') received notification on 15
June 2004, in accordance with part IV of the Companies Act 1985, that there has
been a change in the division of share ownership between the Prudent Bear Fund
and the Prudent Global Gold Master Fund. Prudent Bear owns 7,255,000 shares of
Jubilee Platinum plc and Prudent Global Gold Master Fund owns 500,000 shares of
Jubilee Platinum plc. Consequently, the manager and advisor to those funds,
David W. Tice & Associates, LLC has control over a total of 7,755,000 shares of
Jubilee Platinum plc, representing 15.78% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
