Holding in Company
The Board of Jubilee Platinum plc (the 'Company') received notification today,
in accordance with part IV of the Companies Act 1985, that there has been a
change in the holding of Fidelity Management and Research Company (FMRCO) in the
company's equity. Prior to the change, FMRCO held 6,212,721 shares
(representing 8.03% of the company's share capital). FMRCO currently own
6,996,971 shares in Jubilee Platinum plc, representing 9.04 % of the issued
share capital of the company.
