('Jubilee' or the 'Company')
Subscription of shares
Following an agreement signed by Jubilee with TransAsia Minerals Ltd ('TransAsia
') dated 4 October 2006, Jubilee is allotting 490,000 shares in relation to the
subscription clause requiring TransAsia to subscribe for $1,000,000 of Jubilee
shares at a price of £1.10 per share.
Due to exchange rate differences, Jubilee is issuing 490,000 Ordinary 1p shares
to TransAsia, as opposed to 481,000 Ordinary 1p shares referred to in a previous
announcement issued by the Company dated 16 October 2006.
These shares are expected to be admitted for trading on AIM on the 24 October
2006.
