Full results for borehole DT5 on the Tjate Project
Jubilee announces the full results for its infill borehole DT5 on the Dsjate
farm ('Tjate Project') in the Bushveld Complex of South Africa. The borehole is
located down dip some 350m south west and north east of boreholes DT4 and DT2
respectively, representing another significant stepout.
Highlights
• The borehole intersected the Merensky horizon and an additional upper
intercept.
• The Merensky intercept, at a depth of 779.8m showed a weighted average
grade of 18.95 g/t 4E (platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold) over 47.5
centimetres (apparent) reef thickness.
• This intercept included one intersection (motherhole) showing a
weighted grade of 22.26g/t 4E over 75 centimetres (apparent) reef thickness.
• The upper intercept, at a depth of 771.8m showed a weighted average of
5.83 g/t 4E over 58 centimetres (apparent) reef thickness, including one
deflection grading 17.56 g/t 4E over 41.5 centimetres (apparent) reef thickness.
• The Merensky intercept showed significant weighted average copper and
nickel values of 0.92% nickel and 0.27% copper.
Colin Bird, CEO of Jubilee and Tjate Project Manager, said: 'These drilling
results continue to be very positive and the above reef thicknesses provide
above-average grades for the Bushveld Complex. The nickel and copper
contribution is significant and would constitute about 20% to revenues at
today's prices.'

The Dsjate farm is one of three contiguous farms in the Tjate project, which
comprises a total 5,143 hectares with an inferred resource of 282 million
tonnes containing 66 million ounces 5 PGE (platinum group elements: platinum,
palladium, rhodium, iridium and ruthenium) and gold, of which 22.8 million
ounces are attributable to Jubilee.
Jubilee has a 25% stake in Tjate, with an earn-in right to a further 10%
interest by expending ZAR14 million towards a bankable feasibility study.
SGS Lakefield Research Africa in Johannesburg carried out the analyses of the
borehole core samples. This laboratory is SNAS TO169 accredited.
