Judges Capital is pleased to announce that, on 29 November 2007, Ralph Elman,
Director, acquired a further 3,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of
91 pence per share.



Ralph Elman is now interested in 45,791 Ordinary Shares representing 1.29% of
the issued Ordinary Share capital and also in 208,333 convertible redeemable
shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company.



Judges Capital has issued Ordinary Share capital comprising 3,560,878 Ordinary
Shares with voting rights.
