Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific has been advised that purchases of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were made on 7 July 2014 by the Trustees of the Share Incentive Plan on behalf of three Directors of the Company, as follows:

A total of eight Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of David Cicurel, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, to which the Company added a further eight Ordinary Shares under the "matching" provisions of the Plan's rules.  His resulting interest in the Company is 916,456 Ordinary Shares representing 15.37 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 1,775 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

One Ordinary Share was purchased on behalf of David Barnbrook, a Director and the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.  His resulting interest in the Company is 22,491 Ordinary Shares representing 0.38 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 28,325 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

A total of eight Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of Ralph Cohen, the Finance Director of the Company, to which the Company added a further eight Ordinary Shares under the "matching" provisions of the Plan's rules.  His resulting interest in the Company is 57,973 Ordinary Shares representing 0.97 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 7,875 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

The purchases by the Trustees were made at a price of 1870.00p per Ordinary Share.  Purchases of a further 559 Ordinary Shares were made on the same date and at the same price on behalf of 64 other members of staff under the Plan.
