Judges Scientific plc ("Judges Scientific", "Judges" or the "Company")

Exercise of Options

The Company, on Friday 19 November, issued 3,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 26 November 2010.

Following the exercise of these options, the enlarged issued ordinary share capital is 4,180,242 Ordinary Shares of 5p each.
