Notification of major shareholder's interest
The Company was notified on 21 May 2004 that The Naggar Family Pension Scheme
acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company and its resultant shareholding is
130,263 ordinary shares representing 6.18 per cent of the issued share capital.
The Naggar Family Pension Scheme is a member of a 'concert party' and the
revised shareholdings of the members of the concert party in the Company are as
follows:
