Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Judges Scientific plc, a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector, announces that it has posted copies of the Group's Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at The Lansdowne Club, 9 Fitzmaurice Place, London W1J 5JD on Monday 22 May 2023 at 12.00 noon.
Whilst shareholders are able to attend in person, the Board encourages all shareholders to vote by submitting a proxy in advance of the AGM. We encourage shareholders to vote online via www.signalshares.com by logging on, selecting the "Proxy Voting" link and following the instructions given. If you have not previously registered for electronic communications, you will first be asked to register as a new user, for which you will require your investor code (which can be found on your share certificate).
