In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Jupiter Fund Management plc announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 ('2021 Annual Report') will shortly be submitted to the FCA's National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
