Jupiter Fund Management plc ('Jupiter') released its announcement of results for the year ended 31 December 2012 on 28 February 2013.

Copies of Jupiter's Annual Report & Accounts 2012 (the 'Accounts') have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. The Accounts are also available at www.jupiteronline.com.

The Accounts, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, will be posted to shareholders on 15 March 2013.
