Michael Wilson to step down as a non-executive

Director of Jupiter Fund Management plc

Jupiter Fund Management plc ("Jupiter", "the Company") announces that Michael Wilson will be stepping down as a non-executive Director of the Company on 21 May 2014, immediately before Jupiter's Annual General Meeting.

Mr Wilson's resignation follows the sale by TA Associates, L.P. and related parties of their holding in shares of Jupiter Fund Management plc on 4 March 2014. As a result, TA is no longer entitled to nominate one non-executive director to Jupiter's Board, as set out in the Relationship Agreement entered into on 2 June 2010.

Jamie Dundas, Chairman of Jupiter Fund Management plc, said: "The Board has greatly appreciated the insight and support Mike has provided over the past seven years. We would like to thank him for his commitment and wish him success for the future."

Mr Wilson commented: "It has been a pleasure to have played a part in Jupiter's many achievements and the Company, under Maarten Slendebroek's leadership, is well-placed for the future. I will follow the team's progress with great interest."
