JUPITER INTERNATIONAL GREEN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
Results of first Extraordinary General Meeting and Class Meetings of Ordinary
Shareholders and Zero Dividend Shareholders
Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces
that at the first Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company and at the
separate Class Meetings of the Zero Dividend Preference and Ordinary
Shareholders of the Company held earlier today, the special resolutions to
approve the scheme for the reconstruction of the Company pursuant to a
members' voluntary liquidation and to amend the Articles of Association for
the purpose of the implementation of the scheme were duly passed. The second
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to consider and approve the
special resolution to wind up the Company and to appoint the liquidators will
be held on 20th March 2001 as previously announced.
