Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') has today
received notification from Apollo Fund plc that following a purchase of
1,500,000 Ordinary shares in the Company on 17th August 2000 they hold a total
of 1,500,000 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.97% of that class
of issued capital.
