Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') received
notification from Apollo Fund plc yesterday that following a sale of 400,000
Ordinary shares in the Company on 5th September 2000 they hold a total of
1,100,000 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.64% of that class of
issued capital.
