Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') received
notice from BFS Absolute Return Trust Ltd ('BFS') today that following the
purchase of 627,300 Ordinary shares in the Company on 16th August 2000 and the
further purchase of 500,000 Ordinary shares in the Company on 8th September
2000, BFS now hold a total of 1,127,300 Ordinary shares in the Company
representing 3.882% of the issued capital of that class.
