Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') received
notice from Jupiter Asset Management Limited ('JAM') today that following the
purchase of 300,000 Ordinary shares in the Company on 12th September 2000, JAM
now holds a total of 3,048,300 Ordinary shares in the Company representing
10.50% of the issued capital of that class.
