Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') received
notice from BFS Absolute Return Trust Ltd ('BFS') today that following the
purchase of 1,000,000 Ordinary shares in the Company on 12th September 2000,
BFS now hold a total of 2,127,300 Ordinary shares in the Company representing
7.325% of the issued capital of that class.
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:
