Jupiter International Green Investment Trust plc ('the Company') yesterday
received notification from Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited ('Aberdeen'), that
they sold 1,500,000 Ordinary shares on 13th September 2000 on behalf of
Leveraged Income Fund Limited.

Leveraged Income Fund Limited now holds nil shares representing 0% of the
issued share capital of that class.

Aberdeen also informed the Company that they sold 500,000 Ordinary shares of
the Company on 13th September 2000 on behalf of discretionary funds under
their management.

The total Ordinary shares now under Aberdeen's management is nil.
