Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') received
notice from BFS Absolute Return Trust Ltd ('BFS') today that following the
purchase of 250,000 Ordinary shares in the Company by BFS on 21st September
2000, they now hold 2,377,300 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing
8.186% of the issued share capital of that class.
