Restructure Proposals

In connection with the rollover proposals being formulated by the Board of
Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('The Company'), the Board
announces that it has approved Jupiter Global Green Investment Trust PLC as
the investment trust rollover option to be made available to shareholders of
the Company.

The Board of the Company is finalising the exact terms of the rollover and
these will be announced shortly.
