Following the  Annual  General  Meeting of  the  Company,  the  Board
announces that all  of the Ordinary  Resolutions put to  shareholders
were passed.  In addition, two  Special Resolutions were passed,  one
of which will  allow the Company  to make market  purchases of up  to
