Appointment of director
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment today of Mr. Michael
Naylor as a non-executive independent director of the Company.

Mr. Naylor is the founder of Forrester Partners LLP, a specialist
executive search firm focused on the corporate and private capital
investment opportunities created by the transition towards the low
carbon economy. Since 1999 he has built a track record of helping
leading companies in the clean energy, water, waste management,
environmental technology and finance markets.

Mr. Naylor is an Advisory Board member of ACORE - the American
Council of Renewable Energy - a not for profit (501.3c) organization
- based in Washington DC. In 2008 he was appointed Chairman of the
Advisory Board  HRH Prince of Wales Rainforests Project.  He is also
a member of the International Advisory Board of SOAS at The
University London.

As required by Listing  Rule 9.6.13 Mr Naylor  has confirmed that  he
has nothing further to disclose than is set out in this announcement.


Chairman, Perry Crosthwaite, welcomed  the appointment of Michael  to
the  Board  and   commented  that  'his   broad  experience  in   the
environmental field would be of significant benefit to the Board'.
