Jupiter Green Investment Trust plc announces that Jupiter Asset Management
Limited (`Jupiter') has a notifiable interest in 5,852,133 Ordinary shares,
being 13.05% per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.

These shares are held on behalf of participants in the Jupiter Investment Trust
savings products.  Jupiter has a notifiable interest in these shares because, in
certain circumstances and subject to certain limitations agreed with the
Takeover Panel to ensure compliance with the Takeover Code, Jupiter is entitled
to exercise the voting rights attached to these shares if the relevant plan
participants do not do so.
