from J O Hambro Investment Management Limited (`J O Hambro') that following a
recent transaction J O Hambro has an interest in 1,093,000 C shares representing
4.51% of that share class and 281,600 New Warrants representing 4.51% of New
Warrants of the Company.  J O Hambro's total holdings in the Company represent
2.11% of the total voting rights of the Company.
