Issue of Equity

The Company announces the allotment on 4th April 2007 of 819,117 Ordinary shares
of 0.1 pence each under its block listing facility. The issued share capital is
now 27,508,037 Ordinary shares.

The shares were issued for cash at a price of 118.50 pence per Ordinary share.
The diluted net asset value per Ordinary share as at the close of business on
31st March 2007 was 116.10 pence per share.
