Issue of Equity

The Company announces the allotment on 1 November 2006 of 250,000 Ordinary
shares of 0.1 pence each under its block listing facility. The issued share
capital is now 26,338,920 Ordinary shares.

The shares were issued for cash at a price of 104.3742 pence per Ordinary share.
The diluted net asset value per Ordinary share as at the close of business on 30
October 2006 was 102.83172 pence per share.
