Pursuant to Listing Rule 15.6.8R, Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC (the 'Company') announces that, as at 30 September 2012, it did not have any holdings in other closed-ended investment funds (including listed investment trusts) which themselves do not have stated investment policies to invest no more than 15% of their total assets in other closed-ended investment funds (including listed investment trusts).
