Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC

Publication of prospectus

Further to the announcement on 26 April 2012, the Company announces that a combined prospectus and circular to Shareholders (the "Prospectus") containing details of recommended proposals for the introduction of an annual Subscription Right, the ratification of the revised discount control mechanism and the renewal of the Share buyback authority (the "Proposals"), will be posted to shareholders today. The Prospectus contains notice of a General Meeting to effect the Proposals which is to be held at 10.30am on 20 June 2012 (the "General Meeting").  

The Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority. The full document may be downloaded from www.jupiteronline.co.uk and is available on request from the company secretary by email to [e-mail] or by telephone on 020 7314 4775.

The Prospectus will also shortly be available for inspection at the registered office of the Company, which is situated at 1 Grosvenor Place London SW1X 7JJ. A copy of the prospectus has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism  (which has replaced the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility) and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
