• As at 31 August 2012 the issued share capital of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC comprises 35,071,848 ordinary shares of par value 0.1p per share, including shares held in Treasury (3,264,834).   

• The total number of voting rights in Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC is 31,807,014.  Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC.
