Transaction in Own Shares

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that it has today purchased 440,000 of the Company's Ordinary shares at 102.75p per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction the issued share capital of the Company is 33,751,549 shares of which 3,264,834 are held in Treasury.

For reporting purposes under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 30,486,715 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC.
