The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC as at 30th
September 2006 was £26.096 million. The diluted net asset value values of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to
be 100.02 and undiluted net asset is estimated to have been 100.03p.
