The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC as at 25th
February 2008 was £54.588 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have
been 113.80p and the undiluted net asset value is estimated to have been 116.30p.
