The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC as at 10th
December 2007 was £59.096 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have
been 121.94p and the undiluted net asset value is estimated to have been 125.90p.
