The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust Plc as at 29th
February 2008 was £53.823 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have
been 112.42p and the undiluted net asset value is estimated to have been 114.67p.
