The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC as at 17th
December 2007 was £56.832 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have
been 117.85p and the undiluted net asset value is estimated to have been 121.08p.
