The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC as at 21st
December 2007 was £60.233 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have
been 123.99p and the undiluted net asset value is estimated to have been 128.32p.
