The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC as at 31st
December 2007 was £61.101 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have
been 125.56p and the undiluted net asset value is estimated to have been 130.17p.
