The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust Plc as at 21st
January 2008 was £52.223 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have been
109.54p and the undiluted net asset value is estimated to have been 111.26p.
