Launch of new investment trust - first day of dealings

Pursuant to the Offer for Subscription, Placing and reconstruction of Jupiter
Global Green Investment Trust PLC, the Company has allotted 25,030,061 Ordinary
Shares at £1.00 each (representing 17,772,418 Ordinary Shares arising from the
reconstruction of Jupiter Global Green Investment Trust PLC, 2,047,360 Ordinary
Shares issued pursuant to the Offer for Subscription and 5,210,283 Ordinary
Shares issued pursuant to the Placing) and 5,006,012 Warrants.

Ordinary Shares (and Warrants) in the Company were admitted to the Official List
of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange at 8.00
a.m. this morning.
