Posting of Subscription Reminder

The Board of the Company announces that it has posted a letter to remind shareholders of their right to subscribe for new Ordinary shares on 2 April 2014 at a price of 124.42p, on the basis of one new Ordinary share for every ten Ordinary shares held.

In addition, copies of the documentation have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
