The Board of Directors of the Company announces that it has posted a letter to remind shareholders of their right to subscribe for new Ordinary shares on 31 March 2023 at a price of 258.43p, on the basis of one new Ordinary share for every ten Ordinary shares held.

 

In addition, a copy of the letter will be made available on the Company's website at www.jupiteram.com/jgc and has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
