Following  the announcement by Jupiter Green on 2 November 2007 in  relation  to
conversion  of C shares and cancellation of new warrants, as at 8.00a.m.  today,
Jupiter Green's issued capital consists of the following:

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 46,937,994.

The  above  figure of 46,937,994 may be used by Shareholders as the  denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their  interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
